What is the turnaround time for my gallery?
-Portrait galleries are typically delivered in 1-2 weeks.
-Wedding galleries are typically delivered in 4-6 weeks.
*Please note that times are estimated and depend on my work load at the time. I always try my best to deliver all galleries in a timely manner.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
I understand that weather/emergencies/illness will prevent a session from happening. I will do my best to reschedule in a timely manner. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
It depends on my schedule on the day of the session. Some days I book multiple sessions so it may not be feasible.
How do I order prints?
Once you receive your gallery you can add photos to your cart and order them directly through WHCC, a professional print lab. I deliver high resolution images and for that reason it's best to order prints through a high quality lab. Ordering through my website ensures top quality prints, however, Mpix is also very good quality. Please do not order prints from a local retailer such as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Sam's Club etc.
